1. This license grants you the right to install ONE copy of Thinksquared MailPal on 
   ONE computer at any time.

2. This software is provided "AS-IS", without any express or implied warranty. In no 
   event shall Thinksquared IT Services or its staff be held liable for any damages 
   arising from the use of this software.

3. No refund will be given after the purchase of this software.

4. You may not decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based upon the 
   software.

5. You agree not to use Thinksquared MailPal for the purpose of sending bulk unsolicited 
   email (spam).

6. You agree not to share with anyone or make known to any third party any Thinksquared 
   MailPal license keys that you have purchased. 

7. This software makes use of the Thinlet GUI toolkit (www.thinlet.com). Source code for 
   the Thinlet GUI toolkit is provided in the thinlet.jar file. MailPal also includes 
   software from Sun Microsystems. By accepting this agreement, you also agree to abide 
   by Sun Microsystems' licenses available in the licenses folder of the MailPal distribution.
