Copying Contacts from one Group to Another

Step 1: In the left-hand panel of the Address Book, click on the group you want to copy from:

Step 2: In the right-hand panel of the Address Book, click on the contact you want to copy:

Step 3: Click on the "Copy To" drop list and select the Group you wish to copy the selected contact to:

The contact should be copied to the target group.

Note

MailPal uses the email address to uniquely identify each contact. This means that you cannot have two contacts with the same email address in the same group. If you copy a contact to a group where the email address is taken, the copying will have no effect.
