Re-sending Emails with Transmission Errors

MailPal allows you to re-send customized emails which have errors. Of course, only contacts which failed to get the email are sent a copy.

Click on the "Folders" tab, then click on the "Error Logs" folder. The upper right hand panel displays the emails that have transmission problems. If you click on each listed email, the corresponding contacts that have failed transmission appears in the lower right hand panel:

Re-sending an Email

To re-send a email, click on the email in the upper right panel, then click on the "Resend" button. This sends the email to just the contacts that did not receive it.

Deleting an Email

Similarly, to permanently remove an email, click on the email in the upper right panel, then click on the "Delete" button. This completely removes the email from MailPal.

Editing a Contact's Email Address

You may edit a contact's email address by clicking on the contact in the lower right panel, then making the change in the "Email" input field at the bottom. Click "Update" when you're done. This updates that contact's email address in the all recipient groups.

Giving up on a Contact

You can remove a contact from the re-transmission list by clicking on the contact in the lower right panel, then clicking on the "Delete Entry" button. This does not delete the contact from any group.
