Tracking Emails being Sent Out

MailPal allows you to send multiple customized emails at once. It also allows you to track the progress of each of these emails, and to pause, resume or delete any one of them.

Automatic Suspension Feature

MailPal also comes with a powerful automatic "suspend" feature, where if you close MailPal while there are emails being sent out, these are all "suspended". The next time you open MailPal, these are "resumed", as if nothing happened.

Note: The rest of this help file assumes that you have at least one email being sent out.

Tracking an Email's Transmission

Click on the "Folders" tab, then click on the "Outbox" folder. The right hand panel displays the emails currently being sent, and their progress:

An email that is partially sent due to transmission errors is placed in the "Error Logs" folder. An email that is 100% sent is archived in the "Sent Items" folder.

Pausing/Resuming an Email's Transmission

To pause an email's transmission at any point, click on the email itself, then press the "Pause" button. The "Pause" button should change to "Resume". Select the email and click on the "Resume" to resume transmission.

Deleting an Email from the Outbox

To permanently remove an email at any point, select the email then press "Delete". This completely removes the email from MailPal.
